TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE loczniki.com ONLINE STORE
1. General Provisions
1.1. The online store baseig.com is operated by BASEIG S.A. based in Poznań (61-805) Święty Marcin 28/41.
1.2. The online store conducts sales of clothing, courses and accessories via the Internet.
1.3. This set of terms and conditions is an integral document governing the rules for using the store’s offer at loczniki.com.
2. Orders
2.1. Orders at the loczniki.com store can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
2.2. To place an order, the Customer is required to fill out the order form.
2.3. The store confirms the acceptance of the order electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.
3. Prices and Currencies
3.1. Product prices are quoted in Polish Zloty, US Dollars, and Euro.
3.2. Product prices include VAT.
3.3. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are stated separately.
4. Payments
4.1. The locznki.com store offers the following payment methods:
Through the Stripe payment gateway,
Through the PayPal system.
5. Delivery
5.1. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer in the order form.
5.2. Delivery costs are provided during the order placement process.
6. Complaints
6.1. The customer has the right to lodge complaints in the event of product defects.
6.2. Complaints should be directed electronically to the address: shop@loczniki.com.
6.3. The store undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days.
7. Withdrawal from the Agreement
7.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
7.2. A statement of withdrawal from the agreement should be sent to the correspondence address electronically.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other legal acts applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
8.2. Disputes arising from the implementation of the sales agreement will be resolved by the court appropriate according to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
