What is the shipping cost to my country?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package and the destination country. It is automatically calculated during checkout.
Do I need to pay clearance & service fees?
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import tax and service fees.
We are not liable for customs clearance or service fees, as these are determined by the courier or local customs authorities. These fees do not qualify for a refund, as they are outside of our control. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to cover any import-related charges that may apply.
What does it mean that an item is on preorder?
A preorder means you’re buying a product before it is physically in stock. Once the preorder items arrive at our warehouse, we will ship them — along with the rest of your order. This means the whole order will be held until all items are available. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped from Poland. Delivery time depends on the destination country and is estimated based on past experience with courier services (we are not responsible for courier delays).
For example:
- Poland: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Outside the EU: 7–14 business days or more, depending on local customs
If your order includes a preorder item, the whole package will be shipped once that item arrives at our warehouse.
If your package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please email us at shop@loczniki.com — we’ll be happy to help.
What should I do if I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
First, please check your spam folder and the promotions tab.
If you still can’t find the confirmation, send us a message at shop@loczniki.com. Please include the date of your order and the name used at checkout – this will help us find your order more quickly.
Online Courses
I’ve paid, but I can’t see my course. What should I do?
Please make sure you’re logged into the same email account used for the purchase. If the issue persists, contact us at shop@loczniki.com.
Where can I access my courses?
Go to Courses → My Courses after logging into your account.
If you still don’t see your course, please email us at shop@loczniki.com – we’ll be happy to help.
Do the courses work on phones?
Yes – our courses are fully accessible on mobile phones, tablets, and computers.
Is there a time limit to complete the course?
No – once purchased, you’ll have unlimited access to the course, so you can go through it at your own pace.
Can I get a refund for a course?
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for online courses once access has been granted.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return my order?
Yes – you have 14 days from the day of receiving the package to return it (excluding personalized items).
Please note that online courses are non-refundable, as they are digital content with immediate access upon purchase.
Only items that are unused, undamaged, and in original condition are eligible for return.
How do I return a product?
Send us an email at shop@loczniki.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
You’ll need to ship the item back to us – return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Do you refund shipping costs?
The return shipping cost is covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or damage to the product.
In such cases, please contact us first and provide photos or a description of the issue – each claim is reviewed individually. Once approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect – what should I do?
Please email us at shop@loczniki.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
